I always believe that i am someone that good at taking care of things. i have evident for that too.
1. The watch that my dad gave me when i was 13 i wore it until i'm 23. The reason i'm not wearing it anymore coz the straps snapped and since it an old watch they dont have an exact replacement and they gave me some really inflexible strap that was very uncomfortable. So i decided to buy new one.
2. My mobile phone that i got when i was 17 i used it until i was 22. I graduated and got my first job when i was 22 and my sister gave me a new mobile phone as a present.
3. My laptop i got it when i was 20 and i'm still using it now (and i'm 26).
So basically unless they extremely worn i wont be changing them. I'm not really a person who follows fashion and stuff, that pretty much explains it. As for technology i update myself with it but not necessarily submit myself for everything new things out there. Technology is some thing that (in my opinion) you can never catch up. If you buy the best spec computer today next week an even better coming out. My solution to this is to go all out when you buy comp and stuff so that it can hold out for years before it completely obsolete.
My second problem is that probably i put to much sentimental value on things to actually let it go. This has given me quiet a problem. Visiting old defunc scan group kinda sum up the problem ( i wonder what's going on to jogoku_sg i'm going to give them a ping). My sister told me that probably precursor to hording!
