This is actually an old news (about 5 months ago), FAKKU a hentai subscription website has turned into a publishing house for uncensored hentai books with Wani magazine.

I knew the existence of FAKKU only by name before, little that I know they are a bunch of hypocrite people.

A little summary about what happen:

FAKKU is a website that collects scanlated hentai from various groups/individual scanlator put them in their site and provide download link for the materials. They just like any other money profiting manga readers out there but worst since not only they earn money by traffic or ads they also ask for subscription fee in order to download from their site. Of course free download is allow with limitation.

According to compiled source, Wani magazine started handing out C&D to websites that hosted their material and their target are sadpanda and FAKKU. FAKKU took this opportunity to make a deal with Wani and became publisher for Wani english books. Well this is not the first time we see illegal money profiting site take turn and become legit i.e Crunchyroll. But unlike Crunchyroll which purge all illegal material upon becoming legit FAKKU still has one foot in the grey area. Beside the C&D-ed works (a.k.a Wani magazine stuff) other scanlated stuff on the website remain. They also will be handing out their very own C&D to other website that hosting their stuff.

Conspiracy theory: sadpanda fans claimed that FAKKU was behind the C&D in the first place but Jacob (owner of FAKKU) denied.

I personally I find CR business model is rather shady. They keeps on saying support CR, support the artist but it looks like they keep most of the profit to themselves. Beside they were once earning profit from subbed anime/drama. Some article for you to decide whether to support or not to support CR but in the end they did went fully legit.

Honestly forget about their shady bussiness, I dislike CR lack of quality and hide behind the word "stimulcast". Stimulcast is not an excuse to release shitty content with wrong translation and bad editing, if one or two days late means better quality i'm sure people don't mind the wait. Then again CR never care about quality, their focus is to expanding their anime/manga deal.

FAKKU on the other hand make profit both illegally and legally, they still seeping money from the subscribtion fee while selling their very own licensed books (and other goods). How much money they make from free scanlation? Enough for them to sustain the site, bought licenses for books and went to Japan to negotiate deal with Wani magazine.

Unrelated news:
DMP most recent kickstarter which asked over half a million dollar to publish 31 vols of Tezuka's manga failed and only able to get ~7% of the minimum pledge due to DMP overly ambitious, poorly planned and greedy  approach. Some of the money asked was to cover the cost of CEO travelling to Japan negotiating deal to license entire Tezuka library for the past 7 years *sigh.

This news was welcome by a spurt of laughter from me. I thought to myself "you get what you wished for LOL".

So KnB gonna be just like PoT. I never read Pot other than the djs but I think Shin Pot is not as famous as the original PoT (observation from declining number of djs and no anime for Shin PoT). But for KnB the anime has just recently finished the hype still there so we shall see how it gonna be.

It's an old news (5days ago) but i just found out.

He was arrested under ministry of public security (whaat!!?). I really thought it was for copyright stuff which what happen to previous hosting sites. It's either he really committed something that threat public safety or the police has nothing against him in term of copyright and they make something so they can arrest him.

Nuked has updated news about ryushare, it really has nothing to do with copyright. They were doing something that involving illicit profit.

Is this for real, this news makes me sooo excited. However if i understand the post here correctly, Mushishi is currently being serialize in Kondansha Afternoon since February this year?


My fav anime this season. the characters are so cute, the animation is awesome the storyline is great too.

Today is the day!
I already placed my order at pickup service that i used last year. This year i placed order for 3 circles, my fav circle Idea update their site way to late (last night to be exact). I already finalized my order and the deadline to modify order is over. Idea release Uta no Prince-sama dj, they released the same fandom at last year C83 and 2013 Super Comic. I dont know whether they'll be continuing their FMA dj, i really hope they will FMA is the fandom that i will FOREVER follow.

I placed order on topica work too, her manga pen name is Hayakawa Nojiko. I was introduced to her work by acme, and i love it. The art is so subtle~.

I really wish i could place more order, but i'm running our short this month, i just bought new comp (which is lovely~) and i got scammed. (Yup life has given me lemon, extra sour). Well better save up for C85 then.

BTW since i got scammed i have community service to make:

Thundercat remake NICE! I havent watch this episode yet but i skimmed through the episode and the plot seems to be somewhat different from what i used to remember. Honestly i'm thrill to see this remake coz the animation looks beautiful eventhough i think the American cartoon has loses it identity, nowadays the cartoon looks more and more anime influent. 

All this remake also makes me wanna watch the old animation from my childhood all over again. Last month I bought Kamen Rider Black and Kamen Rider Black RX DVDs, I cant resist those are the first Kamen Rider series I ever watched. Now I'm searching for Transformer 1985 TV series and of course Thundercat 1985 TV Series (Wow what with the 1985 year).  Of course i can get them easily from amazon but the they have this region thing (Who the hell invent this region code anyways) so i will have to settle to go to local Video shops from time to time.

The story based on the premier ep looks very promising XD. I always love superhero stuff especially stuff related to Batman (not including Catwoman she disgust me). Since this is a spinoff/contmuatuion of the previous Justice League (2001) and Justice League Unlimited (2004) series so i'm totally all over the Young Justice (i a good way *wink). There are a few changes from the previous series such the main JL team consist of Superman, Batman, Green Latern, Wonder woman, Hawk Girl, Martian and Flash this one has Aquaman as the original JL team replacing Hawk Girl, but from what i googled around wikipage in DC comic Aquaman is the founding member not hawk girl.

i totally recommend this series to everybody eventhough it rated PG (dunno why), the art is not bad =)

well, i did follow the news of his disapperence on MU but it hought he just got lost and somehow will  showup again. i didnt expect this to happen.

according to animenews network, the last photo in  his camera was  shot of the bottom of the cliff where he fell. Eventhough i never fancy his work but i sometimes do read them and i feel really sad that he died.

it was said that there would be 2 more chapters of Crayon Shin-chan (his famous work) as he already submitted them before his death
