Tomorrow will be the day for me to either be extremely angry or happy.
My local kinokuniya customer service is borderline suck. I've been having awful feeling lately regarding my pre-order of kuroshitsuji artbook. The release date is 18 Jan and i have yet to receive any email or update.So i decided to check the bookweb for its availability and there it is in stock. So now, either they have completely forgotten to inform me or my order have been lost (since i pre-ordered it a month ago).
The verdict is tomorrow and i hope I'll be hearing good news.
Honestly they really should do something about their customer service and ordering system. Almost always (i put "almost" just to be nice) whenever i make an order i will have to call them and ask whether they received my order. Around half of the time i need to resend the order. Calling them isnt easy either I always get bounce at once or more to some other department. Between receiving my order and confirmed the order that at least take a day or two. For normal order this is fine but not for some limited releases. The waiting period between confirmed order and for the order ready to pick up/sent has no progress update. Once my order took so long (2-3 months maybe) with no update and i even bought the books somewhere else since i thought they could not get the item but *BAM a wild msg appear* "your book ready for pick up".
Am i pissed? Yes.
Will i still buy from them? Yes because it's cheaper.
What can i do to make my life happier? I just have to get the update from them by calling emailing them. * sigh
